We worked with Mike Egan and his team for two years and were exceptionally pleased with their results, speed and level of communication.  Simply put, they accomplished what they said they would do, on time, and on budget.

Initially, they completely restated an accounting system we had inherited from a predecessor company through a new chart of accounts that facilitated accurate financial statements and forecasts for the management team and investors.  With that in place, they oversaw an update of our budgeting and purchasing system which both controlled expenditures and could be easily monitored.

Mike’s team subsequently led a successful implementation of NetSuite across our US and European locations, which previously were relying on a plethora of disconnected and out-of-date technologies.   This implementation not only trimmed costs, but it improved management of our sales, engineering and purchasing departments, and provided increased overall efficiency between international divisions.   Moreover, this implementation program was accomplished without a disruption of our daily business.
