In recent roles, we were recruited by a CEO and private equity firm to assist in turning around accounting and operations teams for a high-growth, entrepreneurial-based, start-up company. Our focus was to convert existing equipment to a remote solution for patients suffering from a specific illness.

Before that, we prepared a company for sale and effected a private equity purchase. We also worked for a major financial institution providing financial consulting to high-net-worth clients and developed new financial solutions for company owners.

We managed accounting, controllership, operations, service delivery, administration, legal, and HR for a SaaS consulting firm. Working closely with the CEO & COO, we helped grow a start-up to a significant revenue number with hundreds of employees and offices throughout the country. We are highly skilled communicators and have traveled extensively for business.

Our skills and expertise include overseeing high-performance finance, accounting, operations, and service delivery teams, maximizing all operations through cost control at branch, regional, and corporate levels, and installing sophisticated accounting and financial IT systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite). We’ve played a major role in accelerating growth and meeting financial goals, integrating leading-edge technology to support national sales force, and played a key executive role in all quarterly and national sales meetings. We have also helped sell and service key accounts. We are experienced in leading the implementation of various accounting standards.
